My goal is to help people who are either struggling with life issues or who would like to achieve a greater sense of calm and productivity in their lives. My approach utilizes cognitive behavioral therapy and mindfulness techniques with a focus on compassion, self-actualization, and establishing solution-focused, achievable goals.
